Wellness

Of the land, of the body

Wellness

Wellness here is quiet and unforced: rest first, then bodywork, then the slow good of longevity. Drawn from the Cape's fynbos tradition, unhurried and of this landscape.

Rest, bodywork and longevity

The Cape's botanicals — sceletium, buchu, honeybush — have a long place in this landscape. Our treatments draw on that lineage: bodywork and massage, water and heat, stillness and sleep. Less a spa menu than a way to slow down.

Rest as the first treatment. Everything else follows from it.

The Wild Shrub Spa

Two spas, opening in stages

Our wellness spaces are being built in the same considered spirit as the lodges. The dates below are planned, not yet confirmed.

Kwena · planned 2027

The first Wild Shrub Spa, at the flagship lodge, for couples and adults.

Lehele · planned 2028

A second spa at the family lodge, so wellness reaches every kind of guest.

Already in every suite

In the meantime, the Restore Bar

The Kwena Suites carry the Restore Bar in place of the conventional minibar — a small, considered set of drinks, a brew station, and an evening turndown tea.

A look ahead

Reset Ranching

A horseback leadership reset taking shape on the reserve — an extension of our wellness thinking into presence and leadership. In development, not yet bookable.
