A horseback leadership reset, taking shape on the reserve. Days in the saddle across open fynbos country, the herd setting the pace, used as a way to slow leaders down, read a group and reset how a team works together. It is still being designed; we are sharing the direction early.

Horses respond to presence, not title. They read composure before words, which makes them an honest mirror for how a person leads. Set against 16,000 hectares of malaria-free wilderness, four hours from Cape Town, the reserve gives the space and quiet a real reset needs.
